UPDATE: The Folsom Cordova Unified School District is being accused by a teacher's union of violating an agreed upon Memorandum of Understanding by requiring students, teachers and staff return to in-person instruction on Thursday, November 12th, changes to the amidst rollbacks for Sacramento and other counties as part of California's COVID-19 color tier assignments issued by the state this week.
