Employee discount is the only thing on the top of my head
Every thing else except the employee discount. Keeps overworking with little pay & meeting expectations, non-flexible RTO strategy can kill self-improvement slowly, and leadership is pushy and pretends to be caring (which makes me sick). Too many VPs there and keep cutting budgets on tech and headcount. The leadership should pay more attention on how to do the correct and achievable business strategy, instead of playing reorg, layoffs and bureaucracy.
They are almost too good to be true.
