Flexibility at Zillow

I’m considering joining Zillow. I know their official policy is you can work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you identify your location to HR. I get it that it’s for tax purposes. Should I move to Amazon?

Senior SDE at Zillow. Have an SDE 2 offer from Amazon. I was at amazon 3 years ago as an SDE 1. I think Amazon will look good on my resume but requires me to go in to office 3 days a week whereas I’m fully remote with Zillow. Amazon also seems to be doing a lot of layoffs? Not much of a salary bump
