용량 계획, 랙 제공, 설치, 폐기 및 사고 관리를 포함하는 리더십, 기술 지원 및 데이터센터 운영 경험이 있는 데이터 센터 운영 매니저를 찾고 있습니다.데이터 센터 운영 매니저로서 귀하는 데이터 센터 테크니션으로로 구성된 팀을 이끌고 AWS 지역 내 하나 이상의 물리적 사이트를 관리하게 됩니다.
이 역할은 서버 및 네트워크 장비에 대한 전반적인 데이터 센터 지원을 제공하기 위해 연중무휴 운영되는 팀을 구성하고 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다.

주요 업무
• 개인 및 팀 성과 관리를 포함하여 데이터 센터 테크니션팀을 채용, 개발 및 관리
• 시스템, 하드웨어 및 네트워크 장치의 유지 관리 및 이슈 해결을 담당하는 팀의 리딩
•티켓 관리, 연중무휴 근무 배치, 하드웨어 물류를 포함하여 데이터 센터 운영의 효과적이고 효율적인 관리를 보장
•팀 프로세스, 기술 혁신 및 자동화를 개선에 기여
•모든 운영 KPI와 지표가 측정되고 충족되는지 확인

기본자격
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of experiences in managing an IT environment.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem and incident management.- Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching.
- Understanding in Financial budgeting, Capex and Opex concepts.

선호자격
- Cumulative experiences in Data Center Operations or similar roles in a mission critical environment.
- Cumulative experiences with information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, cabling and IT service delivery principles and best practices.- Project Management skill

- Experience in Safety and Security measures.- Fluent in Korean and English
