All cash offer Wayfair
Talked to a recruiter today from Wayfair. I was told that they will offer me more than what I am earning. But it will be all base. No RSU, JB, Perf bonus, nothing. Is this a good sign or a bad one? Current TC: 0 Offer from another company: 30L (20 base+ 5 L RSU+ 5L Perf bonus) Wayfair can offer(if I clear interviews): 32-35LPA (all base) YoE: 3

Even L2, their minimum offer is 40 Base and 2 Joining bonus.
Stock pricing at W is a scam anyways.
Iโm currently interviewing with them. They donโt offer stocks for roles < L4.
