Need help with selecting mortgage, all are 3/1 ARM. I’m tempted towards option 2, since 1% cash back covers more than closing cost. But, with option 3, I’m locked with lower rate for 3 years. After 3 months, I can take the 50k from CD and make one time payment towards principal.
