Can someone rate my offer from BAC. Band 4 with 13 yoe TC~250k. Role is within GRM Data Strategy.

Offer looks good. Band 4 almost certainly gets you a Director title. I've seen B4 VP's but most of the time they are self selected people who would rather remain as an IC. B5 -> B4 is a very big bottleneck and I've seen folks got stuck in B5 for 10 years. It's good that you're past the bottleneck already. 250k is also actually very high TC for Band 4. I know there are B4 folks making 150-160k.
