Communal Violence Bill by Congress
It was an anti-Hindu bill and would have affected us (Hindus ) in ways unimaginable if this law were to be passed and brought in effect. This law was first brought in 2005 but was heavily opposed and brought again in 2011 and thankfully it wasn't passed. Congress said that in case of violence only the majority would be considered guilty not the minority(read appeasement). If a Hindu woman was assaulted in a riot then it will not be considered a crime because she doesn't fall in the minority category (like seriously? the victims would be given justice only on the basis of religion). Hate speech against the majority wasn't a crime but against the minority would be. Clause 14 provides for punishing these government persons who control the Armed Forces or the Security Forces and fail to control the people of their command to perform their duties effectively. This section was being opposed on the ground that it will adversely affect the morale of armed forces. Fortunately this bill wasn't passed. They'll likely pass this bill if they come in power again.
So you are rehashing the same stuff that was discussed before 2014 to scare and score some brownie points among hindus? This was an old law. Under current dispensation, donation of bonds by companies were made anonymous until supreme court intervened. Isnt that enabling corruption? Desis who vote for Raga are ones who love being in company of the leftist wokes and concentrate on narrative of social justice. While in reality, they increase the social injustice.
