Orlando sucks but I guess it depends where you’re coming from

Isn’t it full of natural beauty, parks, beaches. I believe cost of living should be reasonable and housing should be affordable for 200k tc. I don’t think there are crazy cold winters/snow.

Again, depends where you’re coming from. LA to Orlando kill yourself. NYC to Orlando hope. Huntsville Alabama to Orlando, Orlando is a paradise

Where do you live?

I would never work for Disney. They have a fanatic fanboy like culture and expect you to take a significant cut in pay to work there. I heard from several reputable sources that the tech is lacking and I would believe it after talking with some data scientists and ML engineered there. If you're not a Disney freak you can land a better role

Disney is huge it depends where the role is. Tech in streaming is top notch (Hulu)

I know first hand that's false. I can say that overall the corporate culture of Disney is really shitty. I'm sure some teams are better than others.
