I would never work for Disney. They have a fanatic fanboy like culture and expect you to take a significant cut in pay to work there. I heard from several reputable sources that the tech is lacking and I would believe it after talking with some data scientists and ML engineered there. If you're not a Disney freak you can land a better role

Isnât it full of natural beauty, parks, beaches. I believe cost of living should be reasonable and housing should be affordable for 200k tc. I donât think there are crazy cold winters/snow.
