Finding a job as an Admin is hard!

I have 5+ yoe, have been applying to jobs since April 2022 with no luck, I have done dozens of interviews, at least 8 with the same company, and so far nothing. Is anyone else having such a hard time landing a role in this market? I even tried pivoting into project management with no luck no far Tc:peanuts

Are you working with an agency? I have people in my LinkedIn DMs everyday with roles. TC: 122k

Hi I’m not with an agency, I’m looking to move so the few agencies im worked with told me to let me know when I move to resume. My linkedin is also pretty private so that could be why I don’t get scouted online.

Oh for sure- definitely update your LinkedIn! I re-did mine in 2021 and since then I get DMs everyday, both from agencies and actual companies.

You are not alone... It is tough bc I feel it's fairly opinionated. Also I've gone through same of 5-8 with one company before even getting to executive and just a lot of cooks in the kitchen I found.
