Office life in microsoft

Hello Blinders Can you share your experience on the general work culture, wlb and office life in microsoft vs Intel. What would you choose and why ? I have heard the wlb and good working environment at microsoft lately has gone down and I hear similar things for Intel but I personally don't feel that at Intel. But similar to Intel I am hearing mixed reviews about microsoft. Talking especially about microsft redmond vs Intel portland. I like good wlb and steady career growth.
