Pure Storage TC?
Can Pure storage pay over $400k for senior role? I was approached by a recruiter, thinking of jumping ship but need about 30% raise to do it. Do y'all think its possible? Can anyone confirm? Appreciate any inputs! TC : 300k YOE : 6 #purestorage

I did, he said it depends on the interview and level I get placed into. Was a really nice person but did not want to reveal the exact numbers and I didn’t want to press further.
Sounds like your question was answered then. If you perform well enough, you'll get your 400k!
I think you can just tell the recruiter your expectations. Has the recruiter provided a specific offer?
Nope he avoided the q, I didn’t want to press. So I dropped out.
YOE doesn’t matter too much. It’s the level assessment based on interview that matters. If you are assessed as an MTS 5, you can get 400k+. I see many folks with 6 YoE getting MTS 4 offers though (which would be $300k+, but may not hit $400k).
Also got 2 recruiters reached out. I think they can top like 300ish
That’s not true. MTS 4 offers could be $300k-$350k and MTS 5 offers are $400k-$450k based on what I have heard.
