Actually the hobos bring trash, if you haven’t noticed yet.
What was preventing them doing that before the rail? There has always been public transportation between both sides.
How dare you, it’s a human right to avoid paying for the light rail, and then to smoke fentanyl on them while reeking like piss. You’re so insensitive.
For all positives of public transport it also helps transport shit. We consider lack of public transport as a net positive while buying home.

I don’t think the reason they don’t stay here is because of lack of transportation. it’s because Eastside police doesn’t let them sleep on the street
