Pick between Viacom or USC Research lab
Asking for my wife on H1B: Recently joined Viacom as Senior Data Management Analyst in Los Angeles. Now she got H1B approval for USC ISI lab as Database Analyst. Need to decide between Viacom and USC lab. Both offer similar pay with USC being on the higher side by a few Ks. Viacom Pros: Free breakfast ๐ Techno functional role doing ETL on Social data. USC Pros: Technical role - Complete data modelling and data warehousing

Does USC ISI lab offer career progression?
It's a more technical role that will definitely benefit I think in terms of increasing the market value.
