What’s the interview/hiring process like at paramount pictures?

I was referred by someone high up in the department to the hiring manager and have yet to hear anything since the job was posted/applied a week ago. I just want to get an idea of where I stand and if I should move on or reach out to the person that referred me. #viacom #paramount #paramountpictures
