Got an offer for AFS. 3 YOE 130k base. Not joining a project. Thoughts? #tech #accenturesalary
AFS has better WLB than Accenture because feds are lazy and easily impressed. But you probably won't work on the most groundbreaking or interesting stuff. I had to transfer to LLP because I was so bored and tired of not learning anything, but with that came the LLP culture, so it's a trade off. Not being recruited directly into a project is a little shaky. I was only on the bench there for about a month in total, but it was a traumatic time in my life. 😂 There's like no help, the talent person doesn't do anything. Or at least mine didn't. You're completely on your own. But if you're comfortable selling yourself and networking aggressively for a placement, you should be okay.
Great for 3 YOE
