Which company is better ? 1) making impact 2) salary 3) work life integration

Well I havenāt worked at either but friends of mine do, so Iāll base it off what they tell me: 1) Lyft is probably easier to make an impact as their engineering core isnāt nearly as competitive as Netflix. Netflix runs off a stack rank system, firing the bottom 20% of under performers every year. 2) Netflix salary will trump all. There is no stock, but itās extremely cash heavy. 3) I feel Lyft will have a better WLB. But then again, youāll work long hours regardless of the two.
