1. Great bunch of people to work with (at corporate HQ- the plants are a whole different thing). 2. It’s easy to get recognition, if you are smart and communicate well. On the other hand, this doesn’t always translate to higher compensation. 3. Great work-life balance. You don’t carry the work stress home. Trust me on this. You will have a supportive team to fall back on- if you are a good worker.
