Great work life balance and overall brand culture! Generally a fun environment in office.
Compensation is low, and sadly it’s a common discussion among coworkers. Lots of plans for expansion and room for growth that are discussed in larger company meetings. Leadership has been dodging questions about compensation and return to office as of late. There’s a Kool Aid kinda feel here. The office is fun for the first few months/years until the grievances start to pop up. Some people in the brand are willing to die on the hill for Brooks, makes it a little cliquey at times, but not impossible to break into.
