Good PTO. Great ppl in marketing, all helpful and good camaraderie. Streamlined onboarding, training and workflow practices. If new to marketing or real estate, you will get a good education. My manager never had a problem with letting me go to a doc, run out for an appointment or schedule pto .
Absolute low end of compensation. For such a huge company, it makes no sense. Do not come here unless you're young, desperate, or new to marketing. You will not be well compensated for your experience. They do yearly 2% merit increases -- if you don't jump through enough hoops for annual reviews, with extensive goals and shifting goal posts, you will not get the merit increase, even if you did your job and went above and beyond. In a town hall, the CEO of the parent company Ryan S. explicitly said, "We will not adjust compensation for the cost of living" during the 2021 economic crisis. Lot of chaos with constantly changing programs, rules and regulations. They don't allow managers to give references even if a good performer is laid off. There are no compensation packages. Major cuts to workforce even as they acquire new franchises and pay celebrities to speak at events. I even felt bad seeing how regional presidents after a few were laid off and the rest were forced to cover large swaths of the country. Marketing itself had very low morale with people disappearing without a word. Managers would act like laid off workers never existed. Also had to log every single minute of the day in the workflow manager -- sounds and is doable on paper, but it was super annoying and disruptive to have to track down random Teams questions, quick investigations for business- but not specific project-related jobs. It was a huge pain. When they say you're not being nickel and dimed for your time... you're being nickel and dimed.
