- Cycles of Micro Managing in office, both directly and indirectly - Working for a client that expect us to be a “perfect productive worker”, hence making our work life environment like a Stupid Robot. - Seniors & Team Lead that handle on putting our mindsets on daily basis doing tasks expecting to be solid perfect no matter what conditions or barrier you had and monitoring each of our productivity made throughout almost every hourly. Thus, making employees feel paranoid and stressed out. - Useless Benefits like a Wellness Session & Team Bonding that usually they do not know what to do with having a good plan or discussions about moving as a team towards a Healthy Work-Life Balance. Because all you do is work work work like a Robot. - Another thing, you only entitled to a 2x / a day of only 10 minutes Coffee/Tea Break. If exceeding 2 minutes of it (e.g. Due to last min urgent toilet) will face consequences and to get marked closely from the Seniors in the next few days during working from office. - Encouragement, positive vibe support towards employees, good advisory & sharing tips that wont happend to able to hear coming from the Managements. Dont think about it and forget it. Report to work, start your day with workloads and show them you’re doing it perfectly and no mistakes! - They priorities themselves first before attending others especially those got stressed out or depression due to personal issue / complications in handling productivity tasks for the client (needed high job count while also having perfect average handling time while also getting 98-100 percent accuracy in workload and lastly while also wanting us to sit on desk from start till end. - Going to Pantry for Coffee or Tea refill can be a problem especially Team Leads who loves to spot that and highlight the bad habit, by accusing employees that we took alot of rounds going in and out of pantry constantly whereas when the truth stands from us in reality, you only knew that you went pantry once for that day itself and thats it. Explaining any type of false accusation / issue / problem that affect productivity or percentage level of expectations, can just forget about it and put aside as they only understand the Seniors & Managements are not wrong, only employees are wrong.
