Genpact vs WITCHES?
Cousin (in India) has an offer from Genpact (24 LPA) and from TCS (23 LPA). Both are FTE jobs in India for US client projects. Which one would you choose? Why? Please help. Damn, TCS is offering 23 LPA these days. Inflation has hit hard.
Go to Genpact for 24 and join TCS after 2 years at 30. Can choose to retire from TCS if they so wish.
