Work life balance is relatively good. The office in downtown Montreal is nice but a little too dark in my opinion. The open space is equipped with standing desks. The job is ok as well, there's enough room to learn. Colleagues are overall very competent and dedicated.
TC is a joke, it's completely disconnected from the market and it seems to be bad in all the positions across the company. Some people in client service even have difficulties making ends meet. Upper management regularly runs surveys to get feedback but nothing is taken too seriously. Middle management is not great either, they're just stuck in meetings all day and tell you what to do by email. There's no career growth, at least I didn't see anyone getting promoted since I'm here. Most of my colleagues are Quebecers and some are very vocal about their separatist opinion, they make it very unwelcoming for non-French speakers, while other colleagues are very nice, which creates kind of a weird ambiance. Finally the RTO policy is ridiculous and was pushed on us as if we were a bunch of lazy kids sitting on our sofa all day.
Stephens County, Putnam County and Lincoln County are unbeaten in their region races, but each one faces a tough schedule to finish the season.
