Great engineering culture, good and modern tech stack. Flexible working options
Engineering Leadership is inexperienced. Chronic underfunding of R&D, continuous unfocused layoffs and shift to India with severe degradation in skills. Stack ranking for R&D employees to fit specific layoff targets. Product organization ineffective, expensive, and inexperienced. No funding for learning and development. CTO and CEO are missing in action.
