there is a strong priority for wlb — nyc employees are in office 3x / wk and WFH the rest of it; 15-20 vacation days annually depending on seniority (which ppl are encouraged to take); catered lunch offered once a wk; and as long as you get your work done they don’t make you stay 9-5 at the office; and employees also get a three-week “work from anywhere” allowance
