Flexible schedule when it comes to work. WFH as the norm has made it increasingly easier to rearrange work and meetings. Pretty cool co-workers that run through the daily gauntlet with you.
Lack of career and monetary compensation growth. Few opportunities to work with latest tech. Lower pay than industry standards. Often overloaded with work and taking on load when people are either let go or leave. Lots of fire drill situations, but that is improving over time. Customer and internal politics, but not such a big issue if you go with the flow. Definitely some big egos within the group, but again, if you are fluid, it doesn’t matter.
