- Decent amount PTO once you've worked there for several years. - 100% remote work. No expectation that you will travel to client sites. - You will usually be on a team with other RSI employees, and unlike lots of outsourcing companies, you often won't have to interview with the client. - Strong DE&I program
- Low pay compared to other tech companies, especially for more senior developers. - Expectation is for you to be 40 hrs/week billable. There's little incentive to do anything outside of your current client engagement. You're expected to learn on your own time. - Your experience will be heavily based on the client engagement you're on. Many of the projects are dysfunctional and have micro-managing leadership. - Growing like crazy by having low hiring standards while all the experienced people are leaving.
