In-person culture seems decent. Remote culture is non-existent, though. Most of the hires with 1-2 years tenure are pretty good to work with. Work life balance varies from great to meh. Never awful. Lacks the worst parts of idpol tech culture while not being anti-PC or overly conservative.
Management doesn't listen. Upper management especially never listens. Low compensation. Existing Sailpoint employees got big payout thanks to the Thoma Bravo deal, but newer employees will see nothing of the sort. Upper Management visibly radiates anger when asked about it. Many employees get away with doing the bare minimum, which is very, very little at SailPoint. Employees that are willing to work are left putting out the fires. Few company-wide holidays with "unlimited vacation." Company talks up its mediocre compensation package as if they are being incredibly generous with it. Increasing focus on hiring in India with little thought or care as to how it will affect teams' ability to collaborate and get work done.
