- The technology is incredible, innovative and valuable - This product is exactly what customers need and its differentiated capabilities are extremely valuable - Most of the real ppl in the company are phenomenal, my co workers and peers are like a family. Many are starting to leave though as they were forced to stay waiting for the acquisition. - Hopefully the CEO leaves post the acquisition by IBM
- The executive leadership team is a disgrace, they are all "yes men" to the CEO who doesn't care about the employees at all. Saying it is his way or the highway is an understatement. He forces employees that disagree with him in public to send company wide email to capitulate and salute the flag. - If you want to work at a place that values your opinion and you thoughts and actively influence the company, stay away. - The executive management team sees employees as their servants almost. That is the type of treatment we get. The CEO believes the success of the company, and the acquisition, was a one man show. His show. He doesn't recognize anyone else's contribution. - Toxic work environment filled with lies and politics. Management would tell you whatever they thought you needed to hear to get you excited and think you have where to grow and prevent you from leaving just to months later make excuses on why it couldn't happen, make promises again, all lies, again.
