- Atlassian has been through many changes in the past 1-2 years and this has disrupted morale and people’s sense of security. - Some managers are bringing in the culture of their previous companies which doesn’t always mesh well with Atlassian values - depending on where you live and where your team lives, you may have to attend meetings regularly outside your standard working hours
