[Responsibilities (이런 일을 하게 될 거예요)]
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, Android, and iOS applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs comprehensively
• Design and implement automation test code for both web and mobile applications
• Monitor and investigate application issues with internal teams (engineering, product, business)
• This position collaborates with our North America team and requires working remotely from Korea during US business hours, starting at 10 am Pacific Time.


[Basic qualifications (이런 분을 찾아요)]
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to write a simple script in JavaScript
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities


[Preferred qualifications (이런 분이라면 더 좋아요)]
• Experience collaborating with teams in North America
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Knowledge of performance and/or security testing
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium) and SQL
• Certification in standard quality management (CSTE, ISTQB, CSTS)


[Process (채용 과정)]
• Resume review → Hiring manager interview (including a simple JavaScript coding evaluation) → Team interviews: skills assessment with coding and cultural fit interview


[근무 환경]
• 📌Working hours : US business hours, starting at 10 am Pacific Time (추후 업무 상황에 따라 상호 협의하여 조정될 수 있음)
• 넉넉한 점심시간 : 1시간 30분의 휴게시간 제공
• 하이브리드 근무제 : 기본 재택근무, 팀/조직별로 필요한 날 사무실로 출근하는 하이브리드 근무 형태
• 식대 : 월 최대 20만원 식대
• 글로벌 협업 : 다양한 분야의 뛰어난 한국/미국의 글로벌 인재들과 근무

[혜택 및 복지 (정규직 기준)]
• 전직원 스톡옵션 부여
• 연간 20일의 넉넉한 휴가 지급 (1년 만근 시 하루씩 증가, 25일 한도)
• 매 3년 만근 시 현금형 or 휴가형 보상 제공

[수습 기간 (정규직 기준)]
• 합격 시, 3개월 수습기간 후 평가를 거쳐 정규직으로 전환됩니다. 수습 기간 급여는 100% 지급됩니다.
• 해당 기간 소속팀 리더 및 인사팀이 정기적, 비정기적인 면담을 통해 안착하실 수 있도록 서포트하고 있습니다.
