How is ML Platform in Cloud Engineering Team at Snowflake
Hi all, I am interviewing with Snowflake for IC4 role in ML Platform (part of cloud engineering team). How is the work culture in this team ?. How is WLB ? What is the typical number of hours per week that people in ML Platform team put in ? Help would be greatly appreciated. Current TC: 540k @ a late stage unicorn startup #snowflake
Not sure about the ML platform specifically, but CloudEng org gets a lot of hate among blinders. The on-call load is too high, wlb is shit and a lot of politics.
