Three weeks ago I saw a kitten, and I tried to take him with me, but I was concerned that he may have rabies or something so I bought him food and water and placed them back where I found him which was near some apartments. It has gotten very cold in the state that I am at that. I started regretting it, and I said to myself that morning, that if I find that cat again, I will bring them in and take care of them because of how cold it is I found him and I have them at my apartment. I have two other cats but I know how to separate them. I was laid off recently and donāt really have any money to get the vaccinations or the check ups. Does anyone know a good place that is cheap , or how can I go about it? Some of you recommended a GoFundMe page, and I created one https://gofund.me/bf8a5af6 Iāll keep everyone posted
Bless your heart. Also, how would people be able to answer your question without knowing your location?
Yeah sorry Seattle
Catching cats are hard. Dude, I once tried to catch the neighborhood cat. and it just kept running away. How did you catch yours?
itās really hard. I want help some neighborhood catsļ¼but they just run away. sad
You lower your hand below their head til they go to you then scratch the top of their head and be sure the cat is okay to grab. Then pick him up slowly and walk him to your car. But right for you can take it to your place, you need to make sure you buy him dinner first. Then you must riZZ up the cats.
maybe you can reach out some shelters first. usually they can take care of the vaccine. then shelter allow you foster the cat unitl someone can officially adopt it.
Are you planning on keeping it? If not see if there are humane shelters near you you can drop it off at, they willctake take it in and take care of it for free. Or, if youre trying to keep it tell them about your situation.
They honestly just light them on fire now after a week or two. We volunteer at a shelter and thereās so many cats itās just a FILO system where the cat thatās been there 1-2 weeks gets sedated and cremated. Let them live - cats can survive just fine in the āwild.ā Thankfully our shelter isnāt killing dogs yet, but itās likely with the significant post-covid return rate.
WTF do you mean light them on fire
