Iβm thinking of joining FB, but I haven't heard much about their review process, and I couldn't figure out much during the interview process. I found this article about their interview process https://hbr.org/2016/11/lets-not-kill-performance-evaluations-yet, but I'm wondering if it's FB corporate PR fluff. What are the typical objectives or goals FB employees are judged on? And how does the process work? I know it may vary by group, but I wanted to get an FB employees' perspective.
They are different for each level (obviously) and there's a (somewhat) detailed document internally that describes it for each level up to E8. Your manager should also be fully aware of your goals and expectations and help you to achieve them. That's just my experience thus far.
