can anyone share OpenAI interview experience
Currently an E5 with total10 yoe at Meta (3 at Meta) and want to give OpenAI a good shot. Are they heavy on leetcode? Anything puts them apart from conventional Amazon/google/meta style of interviews? TC: 650, yoe: 10

For ML position, no LC. Best interview I ever had, they beat me at my own game. They asked me to prepare two topics (fairly broad but they gave at least that). Only hint I can give is whatever you prepare, try and study in depth, e.g. not from blogs, read papers or books. Also, if you are from ML and are thinking of skipping equations (which would be ok for other companies like Deepmind), don’t do that.
If you are not from ML, this probably doesn’t apply.
how much time did you have between when you found out the topic and the interview?
Knowing someone there already because you worked with pxd, SN, AV, MB, PK, or even Bret or Adam reduces difficulty dramatically as your loop knows you.
