What does ypur morning routine looks like? I am curious to know how people plan their days here and get amped up for getting things done instead of procrastinating.
stop calling it a ritual. please.
Take a big core dump.
followed by several auxillary dumps throughout the day?
Down 2 large glasses of water and procrastinate in bed until the said water turns into pee
Shave, brush teeth, pussy, shower, soylent, car.
Brush teeth, shower, change, feed the dog, out the door. My boss makes a dollar and I make a dime. That's why I POOP💩 on company time. (Insert Elmo meme)
Wake up, quickly rinse down in a cold shower, apply cooled sake under eye masks for 15 minutes while determining what work needs to be done for the day/checking emails. Wash face (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen), brush teeth, style hair, get dressed. Wake up kiddo, she gets herself ready (dressed and makes her breakfast) while I make my iced coffee to go and put on mascara and lip gloss. We make our beds, grab our bags and go.
My morning process starts the night before. I pick out what I'm going to wear and pack my gym bag. Wake up at 5:30, make French roast, let coffee stand while I meditate for 15 minutes, drink coffee while reading news (not email) with a blue light for 15 mins (or until I poop). Shower and get dressed while listening to a podcast. Usually out the door by 6:30 and wide awake. Respond to emails on way to the office and get there by 7.
first thing I do is fall asleep again. repeat until 15 minutes before scrum. then come to wok
I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
As long as I can find time to return some videotapes, I am good.
pretty sure you could be a super model with that routine if you transition. $$$$
