Google Requiring Python For Interview
I am 35 years old, unemployed for a long time, and had constant stress/tension of being jobless as I not earning anything these days. A couple of months ago, I felt like I had always been sleeping most of the day. I am curious to know if is it some kind of illness. I am explaining my routine and how it happens: Wake up at 7 AM, have breakfast at 8 AM, do routine work, start feeling sleepy at 10 AM usually, wash my face and back to work, like job search and interview prep, take a small break and have lunch (apple/banana/slices) at 2 pm, and do a quick 30-minute walk. Back to my desk at 3 PM, start feeling sleepy again like I should sleep, take small breaks and keep working till 6 PM, have dinner at 6:30 PM, after that at 7 PM or max 8 PM, I start yawning again so hard. I have a cup of tea at 9 PM. My eyes become so teary, and tears start flowing from my eyes due to yawning, do some other stuff and start feeling I have a mild headache now, and after doing minor chores, go to bed around 11 PM or sometimes midnight. I am so worried should I go for some test or ask the doctor? Or my routine is oddly wrong? What do seniors think about it? Edit: I was diagnosed with sciatica issue and L5 degradation in the backbone last year. Edit: I am an immigrant in Canada and unemployed for the past 10 months. Planning to leave the country and visit my parents in back home country and come back with a Job Offer (maybe) after a year or so. I have been living with my relatives for the past 10 months but after my all tries I was not able to earn a single penny in this country and it demotivated me so much. I feel to give some peace to my mind, I should go back to my country and come back with a fresh mind. Edit: I am single. Quit fapping 2 years ago. Not watching any p*orn either. #burnout #depression #mentalhealth
Did you get covid shortly before it started? If not, try increasing your caffeine intake and see if that sorts it.
Not recently but I got covid in early 2020 once only. Thanks - I will start increasing my caffeine intake.
Get your blood tests done to check any deficiency
Thanks mate. I will visit the doctor now.
That’s depression bb. You need to see a doctor to prescribe you with medications.
Oh really? Is it curable? I will check with the doctor. Thanks.
It’s not curable. But it’s manageable — you can wean off the medications eventually.
try more intensive exercise routines vs walking, and see a doctor too.
Thanks mate, I will work according to that. I made slight edits in my post too in the end. Thanks.
You're pushing yourself too much and not giving enough breaks or taking enough rest. I understand the unemployment and money anxiety, but beyond a point throwing more effort seems to give diminishing returns You need to try the following 1. Take a proper lunch 2. Schedule breaks and take them . Breaks make you more productive 3. Exercise. Go for a walk. Try to get some sun. 4. Have time for a hobby or talking to friends / family that make you happy. Recharge
Thanks mate for your kind words. I will strictly follow this pattern. It's been 10 months that I have been unemployed so my stress is on the next level. :) This summer I will try to utilize the sun time properly.
age and depression will zap all the energy out of you when you let them combine forces. Hit the gym, get outside, eat well, you'll be ok.
Thanks, brother. I will work on it this way.
Is your routine a little unstimulating, predictable ? Can you join a career networking group and maybe a public speaking event along with sunshine/outdoor time and exercise ? I think your self awareness is amazing - best of luck.
Thanks for your kind words. :) Well, I have done my best tries so far but I am thinking about starting a gym or something to get myself busy. :)
Do you have anxiety attacks in the morning?
I usually get panic attacks in public but not in the morning.
Sounds like you could be undereating.
Oh, I see..... Yeah, sometimes I feel like my abdomen is hollow. I take a simple breakfast, lunch is described above, and a tortilla in the evening. A small cup of tea at 9 PM.
Yeah, not enough protein, carbs or fat.
you're 35 years old and maybe depressed
Is it due to age factor? I saw a lot of people are so fresh in their 40s and 50s. Yeah I am depressed.
similar to how animals behave when they are old vs. young pups. old lions sleep all day.
