My friend had gone for the open house recruitment event in Sunnyvale. Their experience was really bad! 1. People were asked to stand in a line outside when it was raining till its their chance to go in the hall 2. Took them 45 minutes to enter the hall. 3. Didnt even prioritize people who registered on eventbrite. Just took people in randomly. 4. They had given out tickets to 600 people. 5. In the end they gave visiting cards and asked to connect on LinkedIn.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I will convey the feedback
Sorry my company dropped the ball on this. Very fucked up
Why would any good recruiter work there? That company doesn’t even crack the top 500 to work for in the Bay Area.
Pathetic coordination between the hiring manager and recruiter. What I was told about the role and what I was interviewed for were completely different!
May I know What did they ask you?
This is not surprising...
Yea they are pretty bad at coordinating. Half way through the interview I found out that the interviewer was interviewing me for a different position which I did not apply for. 😄
Walmart Labs is a shit show and always has been. I interviewed a while ago and was asked to re-tech screen because the recruiter forgot I already did it. Was asked to then go on-site two months later, way after I took another offer
