I am interviewing for Earnin. How is that company? Does it have a good prospect? Tc: $200k
What role? Prospects are good, core business is profitable and multiple promising developments. Very mission driven. CEO (Ram) seems much more concerned with providing the product than making money. That has upsides and downsides.
Revenue this year has been VERY good. I’m not sure whether Lightning Speed fee was communicated well to community members, but the incremental revenue has been phenomenal. It’s a small company with resource constraints and communication challenges, but the employees are hard-working and dedicated. WLB is pretty good in my opinion. The latest project in the works should be a game-changer if we execute well.
I am biased but take Earnin if you have an offer. It will change your life for good.
Not sure what the business model even is. Seems to rely on tips??
Yeah do you think it is a good company to join?
Business model now relies on fees for getting cashouts over debit card. Tips play a much smaller role now. I think the fees are much clearer from a customer perspective. We also have no monthly fees like Dave.
