Has anyone had an interview with Braze recently? I have a technical phone screen scheduled and I’m wondering what type of questions they ask and what the process is like. Edit: this is for a software engineer intern position
Braze is a lost cause.
Interviewed with them years ago, my knowledge is probably outdated. Don’t recommend them personally
Why not?
Culture seemed too young for me
I interviewed last year. They r in a stable spot as a company but IPO is Far away. Also I found the workforce very average
IPO is about 3 years away. At time of this comment, 1.5b-2b valuation but they don't want to IPO until around 5b valuation.
I interviewed with them. Had 5 or 6 interviews; most of the interviews went great, one went meh. The "meh" one was with their engineering director, who was bullying, smug, and condescending. I didn't get an offer, and I'm pretty sure it was because of that one guy. It's just as well. I got much better job offers elsewhere, with much less attitude.
