Expecting an offer from Cloudflare. How is wlb/pip culture?
I am a pretty laid back sw engg. Is 10-5 work doable in Cloudfalre? Else i m happy in my current workplace. Tc 280k #cloudflare

WLB is chill. No evenings/weekends. Pips only happen to engs who have no idea what they're doing
Idk if CloudFlare gonna have a higher offer than that, and that WLB is pretty bad from what I hear.
