Direct/Conscierge Medicine in Seattle?

My wife and I are looking for a direct medicine provider in the Seattle area. Preferably in Mercer Island/East side. I’ve tried reaching out to a few I found online, but none of them are accepting new patients. Any suggestions/recommendations on where to find a good direct/Conscierge medicine provider around here?
