Which company would you choose considering pay and role is almost similar for SDE1? TC at Expedia : 150k TC at Equinix: 165k YOE:5 Any advice much appreciated, TIA.
Equinix will be anytime better. Look at their stock long term.

Off topic: Really? It's TC so I suppose OP included a yearly bonus target plus sign-on RSUs. I get the same in non-tech with yearly RSU grants and a bonus. Do the same exercise and see if you are still below 150k TC. If yes, then you've got a topic for your next 1:1.
