They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although leaders pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers. Read it as Your only obsession is LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES. Common sense or reason no longer exists. Work vigorously to please your manager. Obey. Don't try to reason. Processes over results. Day1 is a fairytale for newbies.
