Severance package?
Basically no severance and no accelerated vesting….
Wow, that's stupid. Must be because of cheap ass thoma bravo! I am sure this will happen at FR once the company is fully acquired by Tuberculoses. They are like a disease that needs to be investigated and put out of biz.

Thinking about lawyering up. Know somebody that got paid less than 2 weeks. Other's 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Not the same across the board. HR isn't answering questions either. ASS a plan is better suited. Was nice until TB showed up. Red flag, they don't care about people though they came across as family-oriented. BS
Thoma Bravo is a cancer. You should lawyer up and don't sign shit until you get the severance agreement reviewed by a lawyer. The offer they are making is a f@cking joke that an intelligent person would feel insulted by. I guess that is what happens when TB is run by a cheap ass idiot.
The problem is there is no grounds to contest it. Being a cheap cancer that doesn’t give an F about their employees isn’t a crime in the US
