Jobs moved to China
2 inferences 1) new vehicle development being shuttered (and sales are flagging at least in part because of model aging) 2) Giving up on trying to get revenue from opening the supercharger network Conclusion: He is going for a new business model. This might look like the Twitter overhaul, except more public data because 10-Qs
Stonk 🚀 🚀
He will not stop 🛑 with this
That lady who was heading the biz was staff tpm 4 year back ! 😂
I hate those video pop ups. JFC, who designed this thing?
Probably building each SC is very capital intensive, so maybe he's looking to do a franchise licensing agreement approach since NACS has been the de facto standard since last year automakers accumulated decision, at least for the US market, to let those franchises bear the initial cost of expensive SC construction.
The WHOLE supercharger team is gone? Wow
Oh they can still work to build Tesla NACS SC thru the licensing franchises of each individual charging construction company willing to build more and expand more Tesla SC footprints everywhere in the US
See, I don't get the point of taking out the entire team. Like we're they not being built fast enough for him? Too little?
I think he wants to outsource/ contract it? (I could be mistaken)
May partner / outsource with big chain like Pilot / Flying J etc. agree with Apple
