When I submitted my solution to 204. Count Primes, I noticed that it was faster than 60% of submissions. So I inspected the fastest one to find this: 24 ms, mine performed 248ms lmao
The 24 ms solution is returning precomputed values... not computing anything. It’s cheating

You can probably do it easier using C++ meta template programming that has same runtime as this solution. Delegate the run time complexity to complile time complexity.
