Wife is asking to reject a VP offer bcs of the family
Just saw the tech crunch article about Better planning to lay off 4000 employees tomorrow. Didn't you guys already perform the public PIP via Zoom Q4 2021? You must be losing tons of money + key executives every month. What's the underlying reasoning for laying off 50% of the staff? Did you guys hire McKinsey or something for the restructuring? Anyways, be sure to ask for referrals on this thread before the sun rises!
They found something better
I'm wondering what the original strength of Better was before the December layoffs. It's laying off in 1000s. Is it like reduced to few 10s of employees now?
This is the third time in my career that I'm doing this, and I do not, do not want to be doing this.
Did my guy cry again?
I think he didn't cry last time. Maybe he will tomorrow
He promised to staying strong u dolphins 🐬 🐬 🐬
Thank God they rejected me in a 2020 interview
The ceo came back
I don't see it in news anywhere
The mortgage industry is gonna lose 100k jobs this year. Everyone’s gonna have massive layoffs. We scaled really quickly to meet refinance demand in low rate environment. Now rates are going up and refinance volume is shrinking rapidly and we have too many people and are bleeding money. RIP.
That’s why I never want to work mortgage. They hire and lay off like crazy
Shoulda known Better…
