Layoffs, flattening, now reducing bonus. Good luck metamates!
Meta is so good they pay bonuses to even people below average… let that sink in
You mean people with negative performance reviews? We do that too. Is that nonstandard?
People who rate as not meeting all expectations… and yes, that’s very rare in the industry. Usually, you have to meet all expectations to get any hike or bonus
The bonus is being lowered for people who get low ratings.
Op could have been genuine in showing concern for metamates but you decide to dial to 11 right off the bat 😂
well we all saw what you all meta "accepts" got the stock to.. lol
Guess they are trying to survive. Don't know if they are doing a good job though
Doomed... no trust makes company disaster...looks like there is no trust at all between meta employees and management.
At least you are getting bonus!
Tier 1 tbh
When companies did layoff, Everyone says that instead they should cut cost or salary from existing employees to retain them. Now when they are doing same still you have problems. This time i stand with Meta. Problem is in economic condition
Shouldn’t reducing costs be first step before mass layoffs?
@Delloitte are you dumb? They are doing both. What economic condition? We’re fine cash wise. The problem is they overhired, there’s not enough meaningful work for everyone. The resourcing can be greatly optimised.
Glad to see them streamlining stuff.
Best cost cutting that I know off is stop using Accenture to justify bad decisions
Better say Meta RIP
Better say Meta Stasis
