Zeta Global VS CS Disco

I am a 7+ YOE backend engineer currently working in Tokopedia. Due to recent uncertainties in Tokopedia I have decided to move out. I have received 2 comparable offers from Zeta Global and CS DISCO for SDE 3. Zeta Global - 44 LPA Base + 30k$ worth RSU's vested for 4 years. CS Disco - 40 LPA + 10% variable + 3400$ worth RSU's upfront. Which one should i choose?
